01

Choose the destination

Copy the link customers should open.

For Google reviews, open your Google Business Profile, choose Read reviews, then Get more reviews and copy the review link. You can also use a website, menu, booking page, Instagram profile, WhatsApp chat or another secure web link.

Keep it direct.

Paste the link into your browser first and confirm it opens the exact page you want customers to see.

03

Test before use

Check the tap and scan separately.

Close NFC Tools and test with another phone if possible. Move the top edge of an iPhone, or the NFC area on the back of an Android phone, slowly over the product’s tap area. Confirm the correct page opens.

Opens the new destination you just programmed.

Printed QR

Scan it separately and confirm its existing destination is still suitable.

04

Change it later

Repeat the same write steps with your new link.

Your NFC destination can be rewritten whenever your campaign changes, provided the chip has not been permanently locked.

Do not choose “Lock”, “Make read-only” or “Protect tag”.

Locking an NFC chip is irreversible and prevents future link changes.

Quick fixes

If your phone does not detect the tag.

01

Move slowly

Move the phone around the marked tap area for a few seconds. NFC antenna positions differ between phones.

02

Remove the case

A thick, metallic or magnetic case can interfere with NFC. Try again with the case removed.

03

Check Android NFC

On Android, confirm NFC is switched on in Settings. Recent iPhones detect tags automatically.

04

Use a full link

Make sure the destination starts with https:// and opens correctly in a normal browser.
